Elm Polos

Please remember that all Elm Band students will need a polo for the upcoming concert. $20 (checks made to EPHS) is due to Mr. Rhoades before 12/2.

EPHS Teacher Variety Show

Come one, come all to the Variety Show on Thursday! Your teachers will surely be making idiots of themselves, and you can be a part of it for only $6 admission!! The show will start at 7PM in the Auditorium.

Used Instruments

If anyone out there has a functioning used instrument, please let Mr. Rhoades know. There is always a demand for beginning band instruments over at Elmwood and John Mills!

Band Boosters Meeting

There will be a Boosters meeting on Wednesday, November 19, at 6:30PM.

Gum in EP Bands

Dear Parents and Students,

Gum is NOT allowed at ANY time in ANY band room. The students should have known this as of the beginning of the year. I've reminded several students several times, but the gum problem still persists. Please note that from now on, 40% of a daily grade (usually 2 out of 5) will be achieved if a student chews gum.

Rehearsals Cancelled

All after-school rehearsals at Elm and EPHS on 11/13/08 (Thursday) have been cancelled.

Elm Rehearsals

The 7/8 Elm Band will have two rehearsals after school:

Monday, 11/24
Monday, 12/1

These rehearsals will begin at 3:05 and end before 4pm. Please plan on students being there as the rehearsals are required. Students will receive a note about these practices in daily Band class.
